Flange Spinning Rings

Wintex manufactures Flange Spinning Rings of excellent quality as per the customers specifications / drawings. We have flange rings available to most of the machines worldwide. These rings are made of Fine grain ball bearing steel SAE 52100 / EN-31 and machined under Computer Numerical Controlled machines to the perfect profile and fitting. Every product is passed through the optical profile inspection machines to ensure the best and consistent quality.

We offer rings for Cotton, Synthetic,Viscose, Blends, Wool & Worsted yarns with flange types "anti-wedge, conventional, C.R for flange ring type, 1,2,3 or 5.
We also offer self-lubricating type rings for heavy duty applications like Rope Twisting, Tyre Chords etc., Also multi groove rings for special applications like thread twisting, wet doubling and similar applications are available.
