Materials:

Wintex Ring Spinning Frame Tubes and Doubling Tubes are made of Polycarbonate, Polycarbonate with Glass fibre filled, ABS, Polypropylene Co Polymer , Polypropylene with Glass Fibre.
Special Wear Resistance insert fitted tubes available for very high rotational stability and vibration free running at high spinning speeds of over 25000 rpm.

• Available with/without Metal - Stainless Steel/brass Rings at bottom and/or top.
• With the availability of wear resistant bushings, no Spindle Button Groove formation on the tubes.
• Suitable for all types of internationally recognised spindles and tapers - 1:38, 1:64 and 1:40
• Steam proof tubes also available.
• Available in different color shades (refer....)

Surface finish:

Micro grooves, Fine micro grooves, Bunched micro grooves, Shallow ring grooves, Wide ring grooves, Spiral Grooves, depending on the yarns.
